Valentine’s Day Display

digits that turn on

love dangle in an odd

moment rest easy in art

gallery chatter, say nothing

to pointer to pinky to swaying

wrist to muscled forearm, bicep,

rotator cuff cloaked in clean-cut wool

brittle laughter, brushed aside by flawless

design: twenty-seven bones sculpted thumb

touching middle finger, veins in bas relief wrap

the exhibit of yours
